Ingredients

24 oz. of frozen green tea divided into 1 oz. ice cubes (720ml)
5 oz. of tequila (150ml)
4 pinches of salt
5 oz. of lemon juice (75ml)
5 oz. of orange liqueur (75ml)
5 oz. of sugar (45g)
1/2 a lime (chopped into four equal sized wedges)

Directions
  1. Rub a wedge of lime around the rim of each glass and once the rim is fully coated, place the wedge of lime in the glass.
  2. Spread a pinch of salt around the rim of each glass.
  3. Place all the remaining ingredients in the blender and blend them until the mixture becomes frothy.
  4. Pour an equal amount of cocktail mixture into each of the four glasses and serve.

5 oz. of sugar (45g)

Directions
  1. Place the sugar and the chilled green tea in the large jug, stir the sugar until it dissolves and then place the large jug in the fridge.
  2. Squeeze the juice from each of the half limes into one of the four glasses and once fully squeezed, place the remainder of the half limes in each glass.
  3. Put six mint leaves in each glass and muddle for 30 seconds.
  4. Place an equal amount of crushed ice in each of the four glasses.
