Ingredients
2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
2 c. almond milk
2 medium Honeycrisp (or similar) applies, chopped
1 t. cinnamon
½ t. ground ginger
½ t. nutmeg
1 T. maple syrup
¼ c. pecans, chopped
1/8 t. salt
Directions
- Divide oats and almond milk among the four mason jars. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine chopped apples, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, maple syrup, pecans, and salt. Toss to combine.
- Divide the apple mixture between the 4 jars, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator the next morning and serve immediately.
