Water Hydrates the Skin and Keeps It Young

Are you well-hydrated or is your body suffering from the effects of dehydration? Can you tell if you are dehydrated? Look for the obvious signs. Just take a look at your skin. If it feels soft and not dry then you are well-hydrated, but if you see some scaly flakes on your skin, if it feels too tight and dry then you need to drink more water. Take a pinch of skin on your forearm and release it. It should return instantly to its normal position, otherwise you are likely dehydrated.
