It depends on where you are right now as far as weight, height, eating habits, exercise habits, etc. In order to see Paleo diet results, it will depend on how soon you start the diet and how long you follow it. Some more important factors are your age, your metabolism and your genetics.
You may or may not see results as fast as your relatives or friends. You may see quicker results than expected depending on how seriously you take the Paleo diet and how closely you follow the guidelines.
