Ingredients

Cauliflower Pizza crust recipe (Try this recipe)
1/4 c. Marinara or pesto sauce
3 tsp olive oil
1/2 sliced small red bell pepper
1/3 c. broccoli florets
1/4 of a small red onion, cut into thin slices
1/3 c. thinly sliced mushrooms,
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese

Directions

Make crust according to directions.

Add the broccoli, bell peppers and onions. Place onto an aluminum foil lined baking dish. Drizzle 2 tablespoon olive oil over vegetables. Lightly salt.
