3 T. extra virgin olive oil
½ c. fresh lime juice
¼ c. fresh cilantro, chopped
2-3 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
1 T. honey, preferably local
2 t. ground cumin
1¼ t. sea salt
1 large mango, diced
1 large avocado, diced
2 green onions, green part only, thinly sliced
4 c. Romaine lettuce, cleaned and torn into bite-sized pieces

3 c. plain Greek yogurt
1½ c. raspberries
1½ c. blueberries
½ c. sliced almonds
2 T. chia seeds
Directions
- Divide Greek yogurt evenly between 6 chilled dessert bowls.
- Divide remaining ingredients to top each bowl and serve immediately. Enjoy!
