1 cup organic coffee
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon raw cocoa
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
Stevia to taste

Directions

Pour the coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. In a blender, mix the almond milk, vanilla extract, stevia, raw cocoa, and frozen coffee cubes. Fill two glasses with the coffee drink and serve cold. Enjoy!

2 cups brewed coffee
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon coconut milk
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
Stevia to taste
Whipped cream (optional)

Directions

In a small bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, stevia, spices, and coconut milk. Whisk the pumpkin mixture and coffee together in a small saucepan over low heat. In a separate saucepan, heat and froth the almond milk. Pour the coffee mixture into two glasses, add the almond milk, and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
