Ingredients
½ medium avocado, sliced
3 T. cream cheese
1 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 T. monk fruit sweetener
½ c. frozen raspberries, plus a few for garnish
1 t. pure vanilla extract
1 c. water
Directions
- Add all ingredients in the order listed to a high-speed blender
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- For a thicker smoothie, add ice before blending.
- If you prefer a thinner consistency, add an additional splash of water and blend to combine.
- Pour into serving glass, top with additional berries and enjoy!
