Ingredients

½ medium avocado, sliced
3 T. cream cheese
1 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 T. monk fruit sweetener
½ c. frozen raspberries, plus a few for garnish
1 t. pure vanilla extract
1 c. water

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients in the order listed to a high-speed blender
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. For a thicker smoothie, add ice before blending.
  4. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add an additional splash of water and blend to combine.
  5. Pour into serving glass, top with additional berries and enjoy!

1 cup sliced cucumbers, peeled
