Know Where You are Eating Out

This is by far the best thing you can do when you are eating with friends while on the flexible dieting way of eating. If you know where you are going, you can check out their menu, and might even be able to track it so you stick right with your macros.

Many chain restaurants will have their full menu online, and might even have the foods listed in your tracking app. Meal tracking apps like MyFitnessPal, already have it in there for you, but it helps to double-check on the restaurant’s website as well. Continue reading
