Serve these delicious meatballs over a bed of rice or your favorite wheat-free pasta and marinara sauce.

Ingredients

1 lb fresh ground turkey
1 /4 c. feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
1 egg
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c. almond flour
2 tbsp water
Olive oil for frying

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except olive oil in a medium bowl. Form into one-inch meatballs.

Heat olive oil in large sauté pan. Fry meatballs in oil. Don’t crowd the meatballs. Do them in batches so they get brown and crisp. Fry for about 3 or 4 minutes, turning over and cooking another 3 minutes. Remove from pan onto paper-towed lined plate.

These can be eaten alone or served with marinara sauce and spaghetti squash for a complete meal.
