Chopped onions
Salsa
Mexican style canned tomatoes

Toppings:

Green onions, chopped
Lettuce, shredded
Cilantro
Lime juice
Chile peppers, sliced
Spinach, shredded
Chopped tomatoes
Sour cream
Cheddar Jack cheese, shredded

Directions

Cook meat in a skillet. Add onions and any other add-ins. Cook until heated through.
